Traditional Dinner Buffet

BBQ Glaze, Mushroom Wine, White wine with Thyme, or Teriyaki
Choice of one (1) side dish (additional sides may be ordered at $1.50 PER PERSON):

Choice of one (1) vegetable:
Vegetable Medley
Green Beans (with bacon)
Grilled Asparagus
The following items are included with all Dinner Buffets:
Fresh fruit
Caesar Salad
Mixed Breads & Rolls with butter
Appetizers – Cheese & crackers and vegetables & dip.
Coffee, Iced Tea, & Water will be provided the entire night.
Mexican Dinner Buffet:
Choice of two (2) entrees:
Carne Asada
Chicken Asada
Carnitas (pork)
Chicken & Spicy Jack Enchiladas / Green Sauce
Cheese Enchiladas / Red Sauce
The following items are included with all Mexican Buffets:
Flour OR Corn Tortillas
Refried Beans
Spanish Rice
Fresh Fruit OR Cilantro Caesar Salad (additional charge of $1.50 per person for Fruit AND Salad)
Appetizers: Chips & Salsa (red & green salsa)
Coffee, Iced Tea, & Water will be provided the entire night.
Italian Dinner Buffet:
Choice of two entrees:
Meat Lasagna
Veggie Lasagna
Linguini with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Baked Ziti (with or without meat in sauce)
Chicken Cacciatore

Green salad with Two Guys House Italian Dressing

Bread with Garlic Butter
